It was an easy choice for us after traveling seeing many parks this park stood out to us, peaceful, quiet, clean, active & nice neighbors, plenty of activities in the clubhouse we even learned to line dance here. "We looked at several mobile home and RV parks in the area. We spoke to some of the managers and viewed all of the Lots. Some managers were not friendly and some of the RV parks we're not very well kept. Bill, the manager at Imperial, was very friendly and very accommodating. Imperial Manor is clean with lots of shade trees and well-maintained. We are very happy to have found this place". -Mike & Linda N.
"This is an over 55 (years old) community for mobile homes as well as RV's. They take long term and short term RV's. It is a Passport America park, which means they take the discount on very short term RV's. The grounds are kept well, the Managers and staff, as well as the residents here, are friendly. We have stayed here seasonally for several years. There is a pool here, as well as a clubhouse and activities for the seniors throughout the year.
